How to disable whatsapp notification sound

I have disabled the notication sound to silent and turn off the conversation sound also. But I am still getting sound whenever I receive messages on whatsapp. This happened when I updated the new software on March 26, 2921.

Any help from anyone would be appreciated

Go to whatsapp > click on 3dot >setting >notifications turn of conversion tones

Go to whatsapp app info and check all options

Also check whatsapp notification settings

Long press on WhatsApp icon >app info (ibutton) > notifications and disable one by one
