It's not a video it looks like screen shot and in that every thing seems normal. But if your screen flicker than that can be cause of screen or motherboard

But screen video is not uploading on this app why?

You record video with other phone and transfer in which you using members app. Then edit your question and upload the video. Video will take some time to upload soo make as small as you can
