How to clear app data from phone

I uninstalled the app and kept the data of app but now it is not allowing to install/update the app and giving this msg whenever i try to install the app.

Please go to setting, click Apps, select and click concern app, click storage of this app and clear catche and clear data of this app. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
