How can I make S7 Camera Shutter Speed more slow than 10" like 50"

I am a Great Fan of Samsung Galaxy S7 Camera Pro Mode , Even here can make ISO 50 , Most DSLR even not allow less ISO than 100, Aperture f1.7 is much more than many DSLR, Where can get f3.6 hardly, But in Shutter Speed only can slow down to 10" , The photography can ne much more Better sometimes if can make Shutter Speed of 30" 40" or 50" BULB , When capture Stars that can be more helpful to have such slow shutter Speed , If Developer work on the shutter speed matter then photography with this mobile can give something really exceptional , if anybody know any app which can help to do shutter speed more Slow please suggest.


These photos Captured at ISO125 , & Shutter Speed of 10" , But in 50" Stars and Galaxy can be more Clear
