If so, you can try logging in by entering the email and then selecting "forgot password" below the "Enter password" line. It should give you options: Email code to *****@***.com SMS code to ****** I'm unsure of the last one but somewhere along the line they give you the option of answering your security question, your favorite book.. or whatever.
