Hey! I recently bought a Samsung U Flex. It always gets connected but the audio doesn't play always. The audio neither doesn't play from the beginning or only plays for 2 to 5 seconds and stops. Kindly help me out!

We apologize for the issue while listening audio via Uflex Bluetooth headset. We suggest you to kindly follow the below steps to overcome the issue:
- Navigate to settings>>Apps>>3 dot>>Show system app>>Bluetooth>>Storage>>Clear data.
- Navigate to settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset network settings.
- Reconnect the Bluetooth headset and check again.
