We have recently bought a Samsung QLED 55Q60R and it's been 2 days I am facing a issue while Navigating in Menu and Submenu of Setting. 

I am not able to Navigate Down in Settings of TV and I don't know whether it is Remote problem or in TV Sub Menus. I used Remote from Mobile but nothing happened.
