We acknowledge your query and want to inform you that the line issue after software update appears on some specific models like S20+, S20 Ultra, Galaxy Note20, and Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung offers one-time Free Of Cost replacement of OCTA assembly along with Battery & Rework Kit in mentioned models until 30th Sep 2023. This policy is applicable only for the phones purchased within 3 years from the date of purchase and this will be confirmed by the service center after the physical inspection of the device.
