OthersUser sakuya_bob faced the Green / Pink / White lines issue on Samsung Galaxy S20+ and Note 20 Ultra and had to struggle for 3 to 4 months to get free screen replacement for his devices.
Issue:
First time reached to Samsung sercice centre in Dec 2022 for S20 Plus, at that time they were asking some Rs. 23000 for screen replacement. Started getting lines issue in Note 20 Ultra in Feb 2023 then I wrote several emails that was not helping, when wrote grivence for the 2nd time they called me
and said submit your Samsung phone to store for inspection. Samsung service center ppl kept both phones for almost 3 weeks and after inspection they called me, explained whether they will repair due to dents or provide free of cost replacement

Solution:
1. Download an app - National consumer helpline app. Link below https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mount.talent.mtcdev02.udaan

Users facing the Green / Pink / White vertical lines issue and Samsung not providing free screen replacement can go via the National consumer app route and get free screen replacement instead of paying in the service center.

I have samsung M52 5G, and I registered complaint with samsung and after some tweets, they called to check the phone and said that there is some internal issue where the phone fails 80 test out of some 700+ tests.
So I have to pay 50% of the price which is around 4000.
Should I consider this method or I won't get any attention?
