These days government is testing emergency messages in our area so I was wondering these features came along with our mobile or some new updates. I was able to capture screenshot but unable to capture the SOS sound please do tell.
This is not a feature. As per communication law, it's a mandatory provision on mobile devices. Back it the days before GPS people used this to find out location names on 2G network. Some states used it to send cyclone alerts. After the 4G network, everyone forgot it!
