So, this isn't a new problem. GBoard has been bugged on Samsung devices for a while and across many series. The problem is that the keypress sound is not adjustable at all. You can try and adjust it in GBoard settings but it doesn't work. Only way is to change system sound which is not the hest option to this problem. It's only a Samsung problem, please check it out.
