Samsung is aware of this phenomenon which may appear on Galaxy devices due to Google’s server issue, and we confirmed with Google that they already took proper action to prevent any inconvenience that consumers might experience.
But users who experienced the problem should clear all data of Google app’s storage for proper device usage according to Google’s guidance.
- Settings > Apps > Google > Storage > Manage storage > CLEAR ALL DATA
If the symptom continuously persists after clearing all storage data, please do Force stop of Google app : Settings > Apps > Google > Force stop
