Hi,

I have samsung Gear S3. I bought it six months ago from Canada. After the latest software update, I am facing problems with sensors like heartrate,wakeup gesture and all other. However, The watch which I bought from my home country India, does not have these problems although it is running on same software version. I visited samsung service centre and they are charging me the price as much as the watch. Plus since I bought it from canada, they are not considering it in the warrenty. I checked internet and found that it is not just me who is having this problem. There are many out there in the US.
Please suggest something. The watch is not cheap that i would buy another.

Pankaj, let me tell you. The video is useless to anyone and just bcoz no one is intrested in your stuff, doesn't mean you start playing tricks to earn. I would suggest to stop wasting time on youtube which is obviously not you cup of tea. Your dad must be disappointed in you mate.

Take your watch to service center...i had similar issue went to service center and they took care..
