Hi,

I have a using a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra and within 38 days of careful work use the power button fell off..I have been in contact with service head and customer experience team however not getting satisfactory response..Can someone please help me with email address of Samsung top management as I want this escalate this complaint.

No buddy product is awesome and build quality is also top notch. don't know in ur case why it happened but still just replace it and start using it with little bit more care
