Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G Power Button Issue- Manufacturing Defect

Hi,

I have a using a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra and within 38 days of careful work use the power button fell off..I have been in contact with service head and customer experience team however not getting satisfactory response..Can someone please help me with email address of Samsung top management as I want this escalate this complaint.

Have already raised complaint via Samsung CEO desk 2 weeks back but not getting proper resolution..Do you have email ID for any high level Samsung Management team?

No i Don't have but trust me they will blame you for this since others users are not reporting this. I had already experienced same when i had raised an concern about less vivid colors on my note 20 ultra.

Conclusion is go and replace it from the service center by paying them.

Really pathetic service from Samsung specially for their high end flagship device which costs 1lac plus

It would be less then 1k just replace it and if your phone is under 30 days don't forget to take adlb protection for 2 years. Atleast in future if u come accross with any kind of problem then atleast your phone is secure.

I do have the Samsung Care + so that should take care of the cost but I am really disappointed with the quality of Samsung's products even their high end mobiles.
