Dear samsung customer care, how come you don't have a exact date for a premium phone.. this is not expected. I am already not recommending Samsung to any of friends and relatives .. we are being deprived of basic promise of 5g from a so called premium brand

You don have any idea .. or exact info ... why you took money for 5G ... give our money back or exchange this phoe.. now days 5G service provider offers Free Usage of 5G ... u ll update when this offer gose away .. we spend so much on phone and now not able to ise 5G .. this is u r fricking useless policy
