I purchased  the phone on 21 april.. i updated the software as soon as i got the phone. After that i saw huge battery draining issue..A 7000 mah battery dont even last for 7 hours SoT.  I dont play game..no heavy usage.. i am a service man.. so i gotta busy whole day..only night time i spend time with mobile watching  web series, youtube, whatsap, Fb, phone call.. i also try to play game bur after 10 mint serious frame dropping issue faced. Dont know what to do.. till tomorrow  i can return my phone as per flipkart rerurn policy.. what should i do guys..kindly help me.

In 7 hours the battery got fully drain?

Ohh then u should checkout ur phoen once because I charge my f62 yesterday from 7 to 9 I guess I played game (pubg ) for 5 hours used social media sites for 5-6 hours watched movies on my phone still I have 34 percent battery left right now while commenting you time7:04pm

I charged my phone to 100%.. now 52% battey lefr..sot 3 hr 30 mint ..no game played no movies watched in this period..all the i was in office.. just whatsap surfing internet etc...

If u are heavily using internet then it can cause if not using heavily then just show up to service center they will solve this possibly change the battery in free of cost because it's in warranty.

First send an error report to Samsung. Do factory reset. Not rectified take to service center.

First rise request for return in flipkart mean while go to samsung service center and do factory reset .if problem will not solve then try to return .
