How automatically call record's in F41 and where to see, 

While calling record option not come on screen

here... my device is A70

1.Go to phone
2.Go to settings
3.Go to recording calls

There you will get options about Auto call recording

and if you want only during call then click on 3DOT at right top corner there will be an option to record ongoing call

sir, setting is ok ,for all calls..but where to see,internet memory selected,
but no recording available in recording folder
or we have to choose record option from three dotted corner side

means recorded location?

last option is storage location, you can change if you have inserted sd card
