you may download from the Apk4fun or Apkmirror but the app crushed many times and many of the features arw are missing on the application if present then also it doesn't work properly because of camera to API is not enabled
search gcam note 9 exynos version and after searching a while download its 3.5 version not 4.5 version as it simply dosent work. or you can search on yt about it you will surely get gcam. and after gcam don't change much of your settings in that app as it will simply crush
