As a student, I think the 'Focus mode' under the 'Digital well-being and Parental control' option is of no use until a new feature is added to it which does not allow the user to end the mode before the chosen duration ends up. Please! add this extremely helpful feature on all Galaxy smartphones, tabs and PCs asap!!!
Then what to do in case of an emergency?? If you can't control the urge to use your phone best way is to leave it with your parents in your study hours.
Yes bro 👍. I think that the call option will still be there in the so called study mode he is talking about. However it's not the phone or app, it's his mind.
Before starting the Focus mode, it allows u to choose which apps (like Phone app) u want to keep and also the duration (from 15 mins to hours). And dude I'm preparing for a Competition exam online bcz of which I need to keep it all the time with me for apps like Dictionary, Google, G translate and other Study apps So, for 2-3 hrs of distractions from apps like YouTube, etc I can't give it to my parents like a kid and this is the solution for those who don't live with their family members (addicted to Games, videos, series, etc which can pass ur hours like minutes)? It's my pleasure that u tried to help me but one free opinion for u also- 'Giving ur personal opinion to someone when u r having 50% knowledge abt him or u r guessing everything abt him will certainly prove to be useless'.
