Finger print problems

My samsung ao4s finger print is not responding what may be the problem?

When I try to unlock with finger print it says "finger print is no responding "

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

My A24 had the same problem. Just clean the "button" and if that doesn't work, restart your phone. That's what worked for me. 👌🏻
