Finger Not Working

Hello sir 

I Use Samsung M12 6/128

My phone's Finger is not working 😕 

It is not 1 time 

I repair my phone 1 time and few days return Finger don't working 

Now 4th time I face same Problem 

Please give me a solution 🙏
