Maybe Samsung to consider a feature just like the mobile data toggle but split that toggle into internet data and social media data. So if your SP gives you both data for e.g. WhatsApp and then seperate data for internet, you will be able to toggle either one on and off depending on what you would like to use at the time.
That I feel would be a great feature not just for South Africans but for others globally as it will help the unecessary use of data especially background data.
