Fast charging not working

Help peoples!!

My samsung a50's fast charging is not working. 

Its only showing charging not fast charging.

How can I solve this problem???

it doesnot make any difference if it shows fast charging or not

it makes because only not showing isnt the issue mate, it charges as normal cable charging and doesnot charges fast.

i have faced the problem in past then i change the cable works fine (fast charging) once u have to change or test another cable to put charge

what if it doesnot solve by changing charger set whole?

Hi there,

Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:

1- Charge the device with the original charger.

2- Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).

3- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive checks > Charger/USB).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
