Error while copying from memory card

Hello all,

When I am trying to copy data from external storage to internal using my files app it is showing  could not move files.

Also I created a folder named m31 on my external card (old phone) and then when I inserted the card to m31 I am unable to find it.

Please help to resolve both the issue.

check if card is not corrupted(Read or write lock)

no the card is not corrupted. it is working fine.

check in pc if you are able to do same or not,or try renaming file name

Whether its happening with all the files or with specific files only?
