I do receive emails but it doesn't show notifications on top of screen? Please help

Hi, RasDeLeker kindly check that you have turned on notifications on your device.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Tap more to view all.
5. Tap to turn on notification for desired apps.

Hi, RasDeLeker kindly advise if Sync is turned on from the quick access panel on the Galaxy device?

1. Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen to access the Quick access panel.

2. Tap the Sync button to enable.
