I use Dual app feature for whatsapp. I am unable to access the photograph,videos , documents  downloaded through this whatsapp. I am unable to upload media files also. I have given green to all permission request but still this issue persists. 

Please look into this matter and resolve it.

Samsung had addressed the same issue and they've promised to fix this through a software update. For now you'll have to forward files from whatsapp 2 to whatsapp 1.
