More bars mean better network quality & better internet speed etc...

Most of us still think that if our phone is showing the maximum number of network bars, it means that the quality of the network is excellent.

But that’s not the actual case here. The network bars only indicate the network strength and not its quality.

Eg. if you are near a mobile network tower, your phone will show maximum network bars but if a lot of people are connected with that same network, the quality of the network will be poor which & result in call drops and slow internet speeds even if there's full network bars.

This is the truth of network signal reception
If its more than -100dBm you will lose network speed and quality significantly,
Best signal reception is -75dBm it give most stable connection and quality for calls (HD Calls VoLTE+) and more faster internet connection even there is more network traffic , and if you are the only user who is near to -75dBm then you won't affect by network traffic 😉 when others signal reception is less than -75dBm (less than mean -75 and up integer goes upward because its an negative number"-") Screenshot_20220404-090552_Settings_86132_1649043429.png

Yes, but Samsung phones shows less bars in the same place where other phones have full bars. It is the exact same explanation I got from Samsung customer executive but the thing is why even lower network strength!
