Do you use buttons or navigation bar?

Hello. I am wondering how many people use a navigation bar on their phone and how many use the normal buttons? At the moment I mainly see people using buttons. 

I'm just wondering out of interest sake.

I use Navigation Bar then I turned off gesture hint So It Won't Show navigation Bar

They removed option to turn off the "Gesture hint" on One Ui7.
