Data saver not working

[Turbine]

It writes "Data saver cuts off background data usage" but it doesn't works actually.

Turn on data saver when u r getting up,then turn on data>u will get the notifications as usual.

So what is the purpose of data saver?😔

Samsung fooling people,and also we can't restrict data usage of any app(as we can do so in other brand phones e.g., Xiaomi)
