Please add Data Saver toggle in Notification Panel just like Power Saving toggle as becomes easy to turn on or off whenever required.

On the same data usage page, at the bottom there is something called ultra data saving mode and this thing is available in the notification panel. I don't use either data saving or ultra data saving mode. So , I don't exactly know the difference, but the ultra data saving mode is also for data saving.
