It will void your warranty and can trip the Knox security also custom ROM is good but sometime it doesn't work properly on our devices and also if you get caught in some kind of problem it can brick your device also.
its good but not for all, specially normal users, not recommended but if you have sufficient knowledge of tech. knows every pros and cons. then can try but again I must say not recommended
