Yes PRIZM (Priyanka) mam! The user has misunderstanding. Because I have seen that any post get's the same priority as made by a beginner level 1 or Expert Level 5 or even Admin (community manager)! Even post made by Samsung-Global community manager (samsung-global-gprs-system) post is treated equally! Samsung Members community treat everyone equally! This is the best plus point of Samsung global community!

Respected PRIZM (Priyanka) mam, there are 2 major tech glitches in Samsung Members
1) it keeps crashing a lot when attaching a screenshot in feedback.
2) number of followers increase automatically! I have for example 10 followers but it shows 20!
The above mentioned are the only issues!
And I have a question about One UI 4 beta testing! Why Samsung avoid mid-range devices! Because very less people have s21 or other High end device and mid-range devices are used the most! This Will make bug catching better as mid range device is used by a lot more no of user and that too for quite much Time this undergoing really good testing!
