i have buyed Note 8 and also extended warranty of it for 2 years . Last yr it so happened that incoming sound was not audible so i took it to Samsung who told me that their is problem with speaker and so they will change it and along with that its display will also be changed as its attached to it and they changed it. This year also same problem arised and I took my phone to other centre and they told me that display of my phone is not genuine and its local . They told me look at the finishing in which display sepration was clesrly visble. I remembered that i have also asked the same question from serive centre guys and they told that their is difference in factory manufacturing and centre finish.
Now the display is not working properly and phone is heating up. Repeated complaints of service centre to Samsung doesn't yield any comfort.
