Major version 

Minor version 

Please tell in simple language and how to check that it's a one ui update

If you are going to get One UI update then it will show
Update tupe: One UI update
Bootloader (varies according to device) Mostly S1/2/3
Major and Minor version are testing Stuff
And Major A is OS upgrade
