I hope it an app you had recently uninstalled , so some part left behind is using a very little amount of data . Just you reboot your device and check .

I think so those patches of app won't cause any serious issues. When you restart the device the uninstalled app completely removes and next time onwards you wont find 10173 etc.. in the data usage of next months !

Either delete data before uninstalling apps(especially gaming apps) or use any 3rd party apps
