Camera post processing

Whenever i click pictures, it post processes it to something which i dont want. How can i have full control over the picture? I dont want the over processed image that samsung makes.

Use Pro mode if available in your device to avoid excess post processing (although there will be some ... But it will be very minimum)

Or you can use some other Camera app like Open Camera

In pro mode, at max Iso and shutter speed 30s, the camera crashes. Do you have any solution for that?
