Dear, @Samsung_Support2, i call you and i tell my pronlem. You said me you go in samsung care and i told her my problem, custmer care support me and tryied solve my problem. He upgrade my phone and my problem solve only 2 hour. Over 2 hours restarte my problem.
I have lost my money, time, and you mentaly harrased me.
