Caller app doesn't work

Someone help,my phone app always says private number whenever I get a call,please help

You need to get your service provider to activate caller ID on their side.

How do I inform them of the problem

Tell them you can't see any number for incoming calls. If you're on a contract then you'll most likely pay a bit extra each month for that feature

It's a way for them to make extra money. Since it affects alot of people on contracts then they make a lot of money.
