OthersEven if it doesn't work then perform a factory reset on your device. Even not, then take your device for servicing to Samsung authorised service centre.

Please perform the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:
1. Check app cache:-
Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
