Legal restrictions and privacy.
I'm sure you wouldn't want to be recorded without your consent.

I know, but i would love to have that feature when calling a call centre. Some call centres you can not find the person you spoke to in the first place and some of them also do call recording but whenever you request that call recording from they never sent it.

To record a call open the Phone app, initiate a call, then during the conversation, tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner and select "Record call" a red dot will indicate that the call is being recorded and to stop recording, access the same menu again and select "Stop recording.

The only solution is to change the software of your phone to a software for another country that supports call recording. If call recording was legally restricted and privacy, such apps should not exist in Play Store for that country or pay for a premium to enjoy call recording.
