Bug with Digital Well-being function

Does anyone else have problem with their Digital Well-being app? It's been so erratic on my phone. I submitted an error report way back and since then there have been many updates for the app. But it still is erratic. Check the images below. I am using S9 phone. Is it a phone-specific problem or is it the same case with everyone else's digital well-being app?

The app timer clearly shows that I haven't started using Instagram for the day. But the app is already greyed out for exceeding the time limit for the day.

Its digital well being issue, suggest you to clear data & clear cache, and turn off digital well being, it must be an timer issue?

A. Follow the below steps to perform a settings reset:

Step 1: Navigate to the apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step 2: Tap on General Management.
Step 3: Tap on Reset.
Step 4: Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default

B . Reset app preferences: Go to, Settings > Apps > Tap on More option > Tap on Reset App Preferences.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Your solution is not productive. Why would I reset all my apps settings? Then I have to change all settings in every app like I am using a new phone. I have sent an error report though. But no solution yet since August 2022 despite many updates to the digital well-being function.
