Go to settings.... apps...bluetooth.. clear cache and data.

restart your phone and unpaird your bluetooth and again pair to your bluetooth

First Reset the bluetooth audio device ( search in google how to reset your bluetooth device , it is different for manufactures , MIVI and Jbl uses vol + - together press to reset , others do hold call bottom for few seconds etc )
than reset phone bluetooth settings
now try to pair again from phone
than reset phone bluetooth settings
now try to pair again from phone

First Clear Cache & Data of Bluetooth (Settings→Apps→Click on 3Dots at right Corner→Show System Apps →Bluetooth→Storage→Clear data & Cache) also Go to Reset Section and Reset Network Settings..And Restart your Device and then try to pair with the device , I hope this may resolve your issue... Try the above steps as mentioned by the members. If still the problem persists then
1. Go To Settings
2. Go to apps
3. Click on 3 dots menu on the top right.
4. Click on reset app preference.
I had the same problem with my another phone. Doing these steps solved the issue.
