Bixby Text Call Not working in S21 plus in English.

Hi, after the update Bixby Text Call feature is available in English as well but the same is not working in my S21 plus. (Screenshot of Error is attached for your reference)

Can Anyone help me on how to resolve it ? Or if you have the link to download the package Please provide the same as it is not able to find in my Galaxy Store.

Note: I have already tried changing the Bixby region & Language to US.
