Google play updates notification is not working when I check manually  found there is apps updates available otherwise there is no notification for updates this is bug issues how can be resolution as Google is not responsible for updates notifications and this GPS location tracking issues.

long press the app
check whether you have blocked the notifications!
if it is turn it on.
