Auto hotspot disable

In others ui there is feature like when Bluetooth or hotspot is turn on then none of the device is connected yhen after some time they(BT,HP) get automatically turn off 

How to enable this feature in samsung?

From the status bar click on the name "mobile hotspot". Then click on details and then click on configure and then click on advanced.
From there you can set it to as long as you want

Which device do you have
And what can we do with that senors icon?

"Sensors off" tile can be enabled via "quick setting developer tiles" option in developer options.
What it basically does is whenever you enable it, all the sensors will go off including camera, proximity sensors, ambient light sensor, GPS etc.,
You can save battery by switching it on when your battery is low
