Are the buds FE better than buds 2?

I am planning on getting TWS earbuds. Galaxy buds 2 are much cheaper than buds FE right now. Are buds FE better than buds 2? Which one should I go for?

Buds 2 has 20 hrs of battery life but FE has 30 hrs.Both has ANC but I think buds 2 ANC would be slightly better than FE.

FE would be a better choice.
