I don't have samsung pay, may be because i am living Kuwait and samsung pay does not support in this country.

It's already released in Germany. Samsung released this update on 11 on April in many region. There was a severe bug with the front camera which resulted in a cropped image when taking selfies. That's the reason samsung delayed the update. Hope the update will roll world wide soon.
