Samsung is a good quality brand, but I think they want to give a inbuilt applock & screen recorder in there smartphone.. because it's very important feature..
S Secure app for app lock and it is a part of samsung, S Secure comes before inbuilt but now u have to download by galaxy store/play store and you can see it on Advance feature and some device have included screen recoder and some didn't.

because this app provided by Samsung and this isn't third party app. Now if you want to use then you have to download and go to advance feature for for get it
