Annoying whatsapp notification ringtone

I have a samsung m31 and the default whatsapp ringtone is really annoying and I am unable to change it I tried everything that I know of is there any way to change the rington

long press the notification and click on silent notification if you dont want the sound at all(only in oneui2.1)

or go in settings < notification < see all< find what's app and select notification tone in it

If its not happening then
settings>applications>click 3 dots>select show system apps>scroll down to sound picker>and grant permissions..

Also, you can change whatsapp notifications tone by going into whatsapp settings..
or
if you want to add some songs or mp3, then edit it and move to ringtone or notification folder..
